1. General

Roots System is a local IT shop located in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, offering new and used laptops, desktop PCs, and IT-related services including maintenance, networking, CCTV, and data solutions.

2. Product Sales (New and Used)

• All products are sold as described.
• Used laptops and desktops are tested and provided in working condition.
• Warranty for used products may vary and will be clearly mentioned at the time of sale.
• New products come with manufacturer warranty as applicable.

3. Service Terms

• We service all models of laptops, desktops, and IT devices.
• Service charges are informed in advance and agreed upon by both parties.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unauthorized tampering after service.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or other agreed modes.
• A bill/invoice will be issued for all purchases and services.
• No hidden charges are applied.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Product return or exchange is only allowed if informed within 3 working days of purchase and if the product is unused and in original condition.
• Service cancellations can be made before work begins. Any work done until cancellation will be chargeable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roots System is not liable for:

• Data loss during repair or service (customers are advised to back up data)
• Damage caused by power issues, physical impact, or third-party tampering after service

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, and content used by Roots System are for informational purposes. Any misuse or reproduction without consent is not allowed.

Roots System is an independent service provider and is not an authorized service center or dealer for any specific laptop, desktop, or IT hardware brand. We provide repair and maintenance services using our technical expertise, and any references to brand names are strictly for identification purposes only.

Warranty coverage for new products is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy, and applicable warranty claims should be made directly with the respective brand or company.

For used products, warranty—if any—is provided by Roots System and will be clearly mentioned on the bill/invoice. We do not claim affiliation or authorization from any specific brand unless explicitly stated.
